Be gutted to hear if this 10 million offer for cattermole and fletcher is true. Would rather see that 10 million spent on a proper striker with goal scoring form.

Fletcher won't score goals at Stoke if played up front alone its like Crouch and Jones they didn't score a lot because they don't get the service. Back to 442 please Stoke.

What about 5-3-2 to shore up the leaky defence. Get Jerome back from Palace, partner him with Guidetti so that other teams will be pushed back due to their pace and this will mean the defence will be under less pressure

Our defense isn't leaky its just we are losing posession easily due to our new style but with 442 we could partner Crouch up front with Odemwingie/Guidetti/Walters so that crouch can hold up the ball and play the ball through or flick it on and we can still use wingers with our wide style football.

Our defence is leaky, we have one of the worst goal differences of the teams around us. This is worth point against us whereas it has been a point for us previously

Our goal difference is poor because we aren't scoring goals (250+ mins since last scoring) not because our defence is leaky
