Barcelona have finally agreed a deal for Bojan which will see him spend the upcoming season on loan at Stoke City, this will be announced very shortly potters

1.) 22 Jul 2014
Apparently Barca have agreed for Stoke to BUY him.

2.) 22 Jul 2014
Cannot believe we have signed this player. Is he a striker? don't think so! 4 goals in 24 appearances for Ajax would suggest not. Same strike rate as Kenwyn Jones and Mark Hughes got rid of him. The mind boggles. We would have been better off getting Emily Heskey. Relegation scrap this season. Cheers Mark.

3.) 22 Jul 2014
It was a buy for £3 million. We have him on a 4 year deal.

4.) 22 Jul 2014
This guy is only 23, he's scored 40+ goals for Barcelona at a very young age so that proves a point in itself, what a fantastic signing for Stoke, watch out for this lad it's going be all about him next season!

5.) 22 Jul 2014
Heskey, Jones don't think they are in Bojan's league, its not all about scoring goals. Relegation scrap. you will be selling your season ticket then?

6.) 23 Jul 2014
Lifes good fellow stokies, lifes always good! another season top10 great to be a potter

7.) 23 Jul 2014
Bojan brilliant signing by Stoke well done to Hughes

8.) 23 Jul 2014
Bojan- brilliant coup for Hughes
Anyone that has watched football over the last few years will see this is a quality signing and takes the club to the next stage. In the alternate if we want to play in the championship we could have kept Jones and signed Heskey

9.) 23 Jul 2014
How deluded you all are. brilliant coup for Hughes? Pah! He's scored 26 goals in 104 appearances for Barcelona over 5 years. What a strike rate! Any striker worth his weight should be scoring those goals in 2 season - at least. And you're right. I have not renewed my season ticket and never will until MH is gone.

10.) 23 Jul 2014
Why hate on a manager who got us our highest finish in the prem with barely any of his players.

11.) 23 Jul 2014
Bojan scored 10 when he was 17 in La Liga

12.) 23 Jul 2014
Have mixed feelings on this issue. I was opposed to Hughes when he first joined but have to admire his pickings (cheap but good, Pieters and Arnautovic in particular)

Now I think we have to back him with his latest pickings. To me the most significant signing could turn out to be the new centre back.

Another matter of interest is whether Bojan has a buy out clause? They seem very fashionable. If he has, how much??

Now we have to wait and see who he gets rid of. Any bets?

13.) 23 Jul 2014
How can WE be deluded especially when YOU can't see how well Stoke have done under MH and within a season the club is looking at bigger prospects and progression speaks for itself.

14.) 24 Jul 2014
In my opinion its time to get rid of wilson, he did a job but was a bit shaky at times, plus we now have texeria who looked decent vs monchangladbach (is that how you spell it?) so maybe its time he left, also I personaly would want n zonzi to go.
Why have a player who doesn't want to play for us.

15.) 24 Jul 2014
It's Nzonzi's dad/agent who is unhappy with Nzonzi being at Stoke not Nzonzi himself.
Mark Bowen has said that the £3m figure for Bojan is a joke and was considerably less than that, barely into six figures. This deal only gets better.

16.) 24 Jul 2014
I agree that Wilson isn't good enough, but I feel he's a good utility player as he can play full back, centre back and centre mid, so he could be useful if we get a lot of injuries. However I feel we must keep N'Zonzi, he's too good for us to let him go in my eyes.

17.) 24 Jul 2014
Barcelona will weave a buy back clause into the deal of Bojan joining us.

They did it to Roma and they will do it to us.

If Bojan plays well this season, then we will have to say bye bye to him on the cheap and he will return to the Barca bench

18.) 25 Jul 2014
Barcelona only have a first refusal clause on Bojan. Like United had with Shawcross.
All's this means is that if any other team comes in with an offer for Bojan at a later date Barcelona can decide to match it and get him back.
